Built our home in 2004. Found ants coming from wall near tub, sprayed and opened wall and found black mold. Called builder who stated it was from grout in shower that has fallen out. Builder refusing to fix. Wife has been having trouble breathing, and have a 6 year old with a bad cough. I have drywall piece to replace hole in wall, just want to make sure mold is removed the right way. Please help!!

I beleive I have black mold in my lower level bedroom. This happen when I had water coming in from a bad gutter. I need it repaired.

We tested a room in our house for mold with a kit from Home Depot (sent to lab for results). The results indicated that we have mold. Even though it appears we don't have the toxic kind we'd like to get an estimate on remediation/moisture control suggestions.

My finished basement had about 5" of water in it & it's showing mold growth on the doors. My furnace area has a bad presence of black mold. One of the sheet rock wall are has given in from the damage. I would say the area 2'x4' were the wall gave in at. There is also wood paneling in all of the basement. The only area that sheet rock is in furnace area. I need a mold removal company!

attic had light musty smell but got worse this year. insulation may have gotten damp-.floor in attic -new furnace put in and now light musty smell is going through the whole house. mold, asbestos or just smelly insulation?

Not a residence, lower level of church, back hallway and walk out. Four rooms have an odor. There was an issue with leaking water a couple of years ago. Some of the cement blocks have a white powder on them. Not sure if it is mold or if there another problem.

I have concern about Toxic mold in my house. there has been rain damage to my ceiling. There is also moisture in my bathroom and basement.
